GREENVILLE, SC – OCTOBER, 10 2025 – Wellzesta Inc., an AgeTech platform provider, is pleased to announce our new partnership of RoseVilla, a Life Plan Community located in Portland, Oregon.

RoseVilla chose Wellzesta to replace multiple disconnected systems with a single platform that unifies communication, wellness content, and engagement tools. The goal is to streamline the experience while supporting their mission, culture, and commitment to resident wellbeing and longevity.

Founded in 1960, RoseVilla is known for its innovative campus design and focus on holistic well-being. The community serves more than 300 residents, with an average age of 77, offering independent living, assisted living, and an array of wellness-focused amenities.
